Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (credit and debit), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

When You Are Charged

Payment is collected in full at the time you place your order. We do not operate a pay-later or instalment system unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Secure Payments

All payment transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or expiry date. Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments and our partner payment providers, all of whom are PCI-DSS compliant.

VAT

All prices displayed on this website include VAT where applicable. Your order confirmation email will show a VAT breakdown.

Failed Payments

If your payment fails, you will be notified at checkout. Please check your card details, ensure sufficient funds are available, and contact your bank if the problem persists. Your order will not be processed until payment is successfully received.

Fraudulent Transactions

We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe it may be fraudulent. If your order is cancelled for this reason, we will contact you to verify your details before reprocessing.
