Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday. You will receive an order confirmation email, then a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

UK Standard Delivery

  • Delivery time: 3–5 working days after dispatch
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order size and weight
  • Free delivery: On all orders over £50

Tracked Shipping

All orders ship with a tracked service. Your dispatch email includes a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by postal delays, adverse weather, or peak periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave instructions for re-delivery or collection. If an item is returned to us as undelivered, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-delivery fee may apply.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 working days of your expected delivery date, contact us at support@aldersteel.co.uk. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
