2. Placing an Order

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and that the information you provide is accurate. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout at the time of ordering. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. We do not store payment card details.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk in the goods pass to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our returns process is set out in our Returns Policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.

6. Product Descriptions

We take care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings. If a product differs materially from its description, you are entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

All content on this website — text, product descriptions, photography, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Aldersteel Ltd and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or products purchased through it.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
